Thank you for shopping at Super Pet ! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, please review our return policy below to understand how to return items and obtain refunds or exchanges.
Super Pet Easy Returns & Refunds
We want you and your pets to love the products you find at Super Pet. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make the return process simple:
What You Can Return
- Most unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Just bring your receipt.
- Damaged or defective items? Bring those back – we'll replace them or give you a full refund.
A Few Notes
- Because of hygiene concerns, we can't accept returns on opened food, treats, or items that show signs that your pet's been enjoying them.
- Custom-made or personalized items are all yours – those aren't eligible for returns.
- Notice: Medications cannot be returned or exchanged for the safety of pets.
- Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery to ensure the product is in good condition, as no claims can be accepted after the courier leaves.
How We Do Refunds
- We'll put the refund back on the card or payment method you used when you purchased the item. Easy peasy!
- Returns usually take 5-7 business days to process, so you should see your refund appear within that timeframe.
If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified immediately before shipment.
The customer has the right to choose between:
1. A full refund of the amount paid, or
2. Proceeding with the order at the correct price after confirmation.
All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used by the customer, within 3–7 business days from the date of confirmation.
